How to Sign Into Online Banking:

1. When you log onto the Online Banking service for the first time, you will be asked to enter the Member ID (Account number) and Online Access PIN (Last four of the primary owner’s SSN)

2. Choose a Logon ID & Security Code

3. Enrollment successful

4. Log on using your new Logon ID & Security Code

5. You will be prompted to select and answer 3 challenge questions for the Enhanced Authentication. Please follow the prompts. Should you get locked out from Enhanced Authentication, please call the Credit Union at (808) 254-3566 for a security code reset

6. Accept Terms & Conditions

7. Add profile information: email address & mobile phone number

Remote Deposit Capture

How To: 

1. Open Mobile App (Ko’olau FCU Mobile)

2. Sign back of check and write the verbiage - “For Mobile Deposit at Ko’olau FCU”

3. Select “deposit” at bottom of screen

4. Select “deposit a check”

5. Select account for deposit

6. Enter Check amount

7. Take photos (back & front of check)

8. Ensure check is focused within the picture border on screen

More Details: 

• Per item limit – $2,000

• Daily limit – $5,000

• Funds are normally received within two business days. (Does not include weekends and holidays). Please keep your paper check until funds are posted

• Deposits may only be to a savings or checking account. Once funds are posted and made available, transfers may be directed into the desired sub-share account

• Members will be notified by email when the check has been accepted or rejected

Windy Phone (Audio Response) (800-544-0930)

1. Choose one of the 4 options from the Main Menu

2. Enter your member number

3. Enter the PIN (last 4 digits of the primary’s SSN)

4. Enter your new PIN

5. Re-enter your new PIN

6. The PIN change will be confirmed

7. Program will continue where it left off based on the option chosen in #2 above

8. Your service will be enabled

KFCU CardApp

Control your debit, ATM, or credit card with the "KFCU CardApp" via your mobile phone. Turn the card off/on, view transactions, set travel notifications, restrict transactions, and report lost/stolen cards.

You are able to make a payment towards your KFCU Visa Credit Card using another financial institution’s checking or savings account.

Outgoing Wires (Wire to another Financial Institution)

Domestic outgoing wires must be processed by 4:00 pm Central Standard Time. International outgoing wires must be processed by 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. International wires must be done in person at one of our branches. Domestic wires $5,000.00 and greater must be done in person at one of our branches. If there was an address change on your account in the past 30 days, wires must be done at one of our branches. Once the wire has been sent, the transfer is final and cannot be stopped, please make sure all the information about the wire is correct. If you provide incomplete or inaccurate written or verbal transfer instructions to us, we will not be responsible for any resulting wire transfer losses, delays, or failed transactions.

International Wires
Catalyst Corporate does not have a SWIFT code that allows international wires to be sent directly to Catalyst Corporate. 

The sending foreign bank will need to go through its US correspondent bank or a foreign correspondent bank that has a banking relationship with a US correspondent bank.

A shared branch is part of a nationwide network of credit union branches that allow members of participating credit unions to conveniently conduct transactions as though they were using their own credit union’s branch.  More than 1,800 credit unions participate in shared branching networks, creating over 5,500 shared branch locations. Shared Branching allows you to visit these branches and conveniently withdraw funds, make deposits, pay a loan, check balances, and transfer funds as if you were right at your own KFCU branch! 

If a credit union participates in a shared branching network, certain financial transactions can be made at that location to/from your KFCU account. Shared Branch locations are identified with a Shared Branch logo. Additional identification may be required, and holds may be placed on check deposits.  

KFCU proudly participates in two shared branching networks: 

• The Hawaii Network gives you access to over 90 branches throughout the state of Hawaii

• The Velera network of more than 5,000 credit union locations nationwide and in several countries around the world like Japan, Guam, Canada, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Italy

So, whether you are traveling or moved off the island, simply locate a Velera or Hawaii Network Shared Branch nearby and continue to have convenient in-person access to your KFCU account. Shared Branch transactions include:
